Bellway Strategic Land is considering submitting an outline planning application to Huntingdonshire District Council.  The scheme would be for up to 295 new homes on land north of Houghton Road, on the boundary of St Ives and Wyton on the Hill. The proposals include up to 40% affordable homes, a community linear park and improvements to pedestrian, cycle and vehicle infrastructure on Houghton Road and adjacent residential areas.
